Type Locality and Naming

Along the sae Nofin, basin of the Shing River, Zarafshano-Gissar mountain region. A.I. Lavrushevich, G.N. Menakova, 1966 (3). Stratotype in the Daurch city section. Second member in the Shing Fm.

Synonym: Nofinskie Layers


Lithology and Thickness

Thin-bedded and nodular marly dolomitized limestones. Thickness 35-55m.
